Attack360 is a 6-week workout program for anyone with any goals! You better take out your calendar, find where six weeks is from today, and star it! You will be in a changed body. Same you but better, stronger, faster, and leaner. You WILL see results! Your body is going to get a whole 360 turn around. Attack360 is good for anyone who has fallen off the wagon, or needs to get in better shape! You will be able to burn fat, build muscle, find a new appreciation for yourself, and gain more energy throughout your days....all at a healthy pace!

This is a balanced program with HIIT cardio 2x a week and strength training (lower body days and upper body days) 4x a week. You will be working out for 6 days a week and each workout should last at least 25min. This will be available through a PDF so you can easily take it to the gym with you on your phone!

You DO need a gym membership for this plan! Some exercises can be modified for home workouts, but the program will bring better results through the gym. Attack360 is NOT customized, If you need any modifications, feel free to message me!
