No gym? No problem! This workout plan is design to be done in your home, at your own convenience. I hope you're ready to look and feel great at the end of the next 6 weeks! You will be able to burn fat, build muscle, find a new appreciation for yourself, and gain more energy throughout your days....all at a healthy pace!
This program gets harder every two weeks, with new challenging exercises. Every day is a new exercise for that given week! You will be giving it your all for 6 days out of the week, with 3 days of strength training exercises and three days of cardio. You better get ready to love the feeling of being sore!
You DO NOT need a gym membership. Exercise days should last at least 25min. You will be given this amazing program in a PDF so you can easily look at it whenever you need to. There is also pictures with each exercises to understand how to do each one.
