This is a perfect plan for anyone who is trying to get back on the fitness wagon!
Included is a 4-week workout plan, flexible meal plan, healthy recipes, and great info/tips/tricks to better your fitness and nutrition goals.
Back2Fit can easily be done at the gym, or home. The only equipment needed is dumbbells and cardio equipment of your choice! (or just use nature)
There is one rest day a week, 5 strength days, and 6 cardio days. If you feel like there's too much cardio involved, you can lower the days. It's all up to your goals!
